Agreement to these terms

Bump Journey is published by One Step Forward Ventures. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the app.

Who can use Bump Journey

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country to use Bump Journey. The app is intended for personal use by expectant parents and the people they choose to share their journey with.

Not medical advice

Bump Journey is a keepsake and tracking companion — it is not a medical device. The week-by-week information and tips are general and educational only, and are not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your doctor or midwife about your pregnancy, and seek immediate medical attention for any urgent concern.

Your content is yours

Your photos, notes, due date, and baby nicknames belong to you. Bump Journey keeps them on your device and claims no ownership or rights over them. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your own backups (see the Support page).

Acceptable use

When using Bump Journey, please don’t:

• Use the app for anything unlawful or for a commercial purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app;
• Add content you don’t have the right to use.

Purchases and payments

Bump Journey is free to download. It offers a single optional, one-time purchase — Family Lifetime — that removes watermarks and unlocks premium templates and higher-quality video export across all of your journeys. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the paywall or the “Your Plan” screen in Settings. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may vary by region.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Sale — we can’t issue refunds directly, but we’re happy to help you through the process.

Availability and changes to the app

We work hard to keep Bump Journey running smoothly, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Step Forward Ventures is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of photos or data. Because your content lives on your device, keeping your own device backups is the best protection against loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
